Our boots are stamped with a serial number visibly and internally. The serial number correlates with the number stamped on the Warranty Registration Card you received with your order.
The retail purchaser must retain the retail receipt exhibiting the number, and the registration must be submitted (by mail or using the form below) to SP-Teri within seven days of purchase to validate the warranty.
SP-Teri boots are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. SP-Teri will repair or replace, within a reasonable period of time, any boot, which upon examination by SP-Teri, is deemed to be defective. This warranty and any other obligation applies only to the original retail purchaser and is not transferable.
The warranty does not cover:
SP-Teri’s and our retailers’ and distributors’ liability under this contract shall be limited to repairing or replacing the boots. SP-Teri and the seller shall not be liable in any event for the buyers’ loss of profits, business, goodwill, or other consequential damages or costs, including lost lesson time, ice/rink time, entry fees, competition fees, notwithstanding any failure to repair or replace the goods.
The registration form must be completed within seven days of retail purchase. The serial number must appear on the sales receipt.
