SP-Teri reserves the right to adjust, alter, repair, re-last, or remake any boots to remedy any fitting, or workmanship issues. Refunds will be decided by SP-Teri management only. Shipping charges, expedite charges, waterproofing charges, and orthotic allowance charges will not be refunded. Contact SP-Teri for return authorization.
